Assoc. Prof. Suguo Chen, Xi'an University of Technology, China

Suguo Chen , Associate Professor, Xi'an University of Technology. She is a member of Key Laboratory of Ultrafast Photoelectric Technology and Terahertz Science in Shaanxi. She is engaged in theoretical research and experimental work on the interaction between terahertz waves and matter, terahertz sources, and terahertz surface plasmons. She has published over 20 papers in journals such as Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronic、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronic, participated in international conferences, and published multiple articles. She has successively presided over multiple scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education Fund, and technology projects commissioned by enterprises and institutions. As a major participant, participated in one national major scientific instrument development project, one National Natural Science Foundation general project, and several key projects of the Central Military Commission.

陈素果，西安理工大学，副教授。西安理工大学陕西省军民两用超快光电技术研究中心的核心人员。从事太赫兹波与物质的相互作用、太赫兹源以及太赫兹表面等离激元等方面的理论研究和实验工作。在Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronic、IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronic等期刊上发表论文二十余篇，参加国际会议并发表文章多篇。先后主持国家自然基金青年基金，主持陕西省教育厅基金，主持企事业单位委托科技项目等多项科研项目。作为主要参与人参与国家重大科学仪器研制项目1项、国家自然基金面上项目和中央军委重点项目等多项。
