Jiang Xiang holds a doctoral degree in Integrated Circuit Design from the Department of Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology（HUST）, and is a Professorate Senior Engineer.
Currently the Technical Director of Wuhan FisLink Microelectronics Technologies CO.,LTD, a subsidiary of China Information and Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd.
Be Selected to the expert database of the nation's Ministry of Science and Technology、The nation's Ministry of Educationand the expert database of the Science and also be Selected to the expert database of Technology Departments of Hubei and Jiangxi provinces.
Served as the project leader of the 2018 and 2020 National Key R&D Plan for Optoelectronics of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and led the research on the project.
Served as the project manager for the 2019 Industrial Foundation Project and the 2021 High Quality Development Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and led the project implementation.
He is also the technical leader of the Integrated Circuit Design and Research Department of the State Key Laboratory of Optical Fiber and Network Technology of Wuhan Institute of Posts and elecommunications.
Obtained the qualification of a visiting scholar from the National Scholarship Council and visited Oregon State University in the United States for 6 months, and obtained a certificate of study abroad from the consulate.
Published multiple academic papers in core journals in both Chinese and English, and applied for over 10 national invention patents as the first inventor.

蒋湘，华中科技大学微电子与固体电子系集成电路设计专业博士毕业、正高职高级工程师。现任中国信息通信科技集团有限公司下属武汉飞思灵微电子技术有限公司技术总监。
入选国家科技部专家库，国家教育部论文评审专家库，以及湖北省和江西省科技厅专家库。
担任科技部2018年和2020年光电子专项国家重点研发计划课题负责人，主持课题研究。
担任工信部2019年工业强基项目和2021年高质量发展项目的项目经理，主持项目实施。
兼任武汉邮电科学研究院光纤和网络技术国家重点实验室集成电路设计研究部 - 技术牵头人。
兼任教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心毕业论文核查评委，武汉邮电科学研究院烽火科技学院硕士研究生导师，华中科技大学集成电路学院硕士研究生答辩委员会评委等。
获国家留学基金委公派访问学者资格并出访美国俄勒冈州立大学6个月，并获得领事馆颁发的归国留学证明。
在中英文核心期刊发表学术论文多篇，并以第一发明人申请10余项国家发明专利。
