Prof. Jian Dong, Central South University, China

Prof. Dong has published 8 books and over 150 peer-reviewed academic papers in international journals and conferences. He holds 25 innovation patents and his research interests include radars, antennas, metamaterials, machine learning and their applications to electromagnetics. He is the Director of the Hunan Engineering Research Center for new generation mobile communication RF inductive components. He is a member of the Young Talents Board of Zhejiang Lab and is included in the expert databases of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation, and the Ministry of Education. He has also served as a guest Editor and Editorial Board member for several international journals, including Frontiers in Physics and Mathematics. Furthermore, he has held various leadership positions in conferences, such as General Co-Chair of IoTCIT and 6GIoTT, Technical Program Chair of CCPQT and EITCE, and Session Chair for IEEE ICMMT/IWS/NEMO/ISAPE/ISAP/IWAT, ACES, and PIERS.

董健，教授，博导。新一代移动通信射频电感元器件湖南省工程研究中心主任，长沙市科技副总。担任国自科基金评审专家、科技部/教育部项目评审专家、科工局项目评审专家、多省市自科基金/科技计划项目/科技奖励评审专家。研究方向包括天线与电磁超材料、智能电磁对抗、5G/物联网通信等。近年来，在国内外重要学术期刊发表学术论文100多篇，其中ESI高被引3篇；出版教材或学术专著8部，授权发明专利25项。主持国家自然科学基金、基础加强计划项目、装发专项、国家重点实验室基金等项目30多项。担任Frontiers in Physics、Mathematics期刊编委和客座编辑，担任国际学术会议IoTCIT/6GIoTT大会共主席、CCPQT/EITCE程序委员会主席、IEEE ICMMT/IWS/NEMO/ISAPE/ISAP/IWAT、ACES、PIERS等分会主席。担任IEEE TAP、IEEE TGRS、IEEE TMTT、Swarm and Evolutionary Computation、红外与毫米波学报、电子学报、电子与信息学报等国内外期刊审稿人。
