Prof. Lei Hou, Xi' an University of Technology, China

Lei Hou, is a professor at Xi'an University of Technology, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation under the Shaanxi Provincial Special Support Plan, a leader of a key scientific and technological innovation team in Shaanxi Province and a recipient of the Xi'an Youth Science and Technology Talent Award. His research interests include high-power terahertz photoconductive antennas and high excited state discharge gas terahertz wave detectors. He hosted nearly 20 scientific research projects, including 5 national level projects; published over 60 academic papers indexed by SCI; authorized more than 10 national invention patents; won two second prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award. 

侯磊，西安理工大学三级教授，博士生导师，陕西省“特支计划”——科技创新领军人才，陕西省重点科技创新团队带头人，西安青年科技人才奖获得者。主要从事高功率太赫兹光电导天线及高激发态放电气体太赫兹波探测器方面的研究工作。主持包括5项国家级项目（自然科学基金青年项目1项，面上项目2项，JKW项目2项）在内的20余项科研项目；作为第二完成人参与“国家重大仪器研制专项”、国家“973计划”、“国家自然科学基金重点项目”；在国内外著名期刊发表SCI收录的学术论文60余篇；授权国家发明专利10余项；获“陕西省科学技术奖”二等奖2项。
